• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Cancellations: Month-to-month plans can be canceled before the next billing date. Prepaid terms are non-refundable but continue through the paid period. 

3. Payments & Billing 

• All memberships and services must be paid in advance or according to the agreed billing cycle.

• Missed or late payments may result in suspension of access.

• We do not store payment card details beyond processing requirements.

• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you to update your payment method. 

4. Health & Safety 

• Members are responsible for ensuring they are healthy enough to participate in fitness activities.

• Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

• Iron Eagle Fitness 24/7 is not liable for injuries sustained while using our facilities.

5. Facility Access 

• Members receive 24/7 access with secure entry.

• Sharing access credentials with non-members is prohibited.

• Guests may only enter with prior approval or designated guest passes.

• Members receive 24/7 access via key fob. Sharing access credentials is prohibited. 

6. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or interfere with its functionality

• Share false or misleading information

• Harass or endanger others in the facility

• Damage to equipment or property is grounds for suspension. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Iron Eagle Fitness 24/7 is not responsible for:

• Personal property lost, stolen, or damaged in our facilities

• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions

8. Termination of Services 

We may suspend or terminate services or memberships for violations of these Terms.
